The staff was very nice and consistently courteous. The room had a kitchen. The location was great and comfortable, with Melbourne International Airport only 0.5 miles away. There were shopping malls and boutiques around the hotel. The restaurant was great.

I gotta say, the value for our money at this hotel was great. The room was spacious enough for all five of us and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. They were super pleasant and really made us feel welcome. Plus, the location was convenient, close to the beach so we didn't have to travel too far.

The breakfast could definitely use some improvement. It was a bit disappointing, with only a few dry muffins and coffee available.
